Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization and provide your order number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original branded box along with the authenticity certificate and invoice, ensuring it is securely packed for transit.
Drop-off or Ship
Visit any MoneyMax boutique for an in-person inspection or mail the package back to our headquarters using a tracked and insured courier service.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
